It was emergency my eyes where watering from 2 hours after I talked to doctor I was prescribed eye drops. Still eyes watering now headache started it's almost 3pm I went to collect medicine they said wait 15 minutes then 1 hour and then like we can deliver after 4pm but need to confirm again I called to go there they are like it's not available but over the counter when I went for over the counter earlier they said they don't have my goodness so slow you guys or you donr know anything or you don't except my insurance but don't waste time of patient who have really emergency related to eyes and in pain it's out of control for me it skeep watering n I can't take break anymore. Thanks to you. I wish I can give 0 star.

Spent half a day asking them to fill a prescription. After several calls and texts they told me they don't take my insurance (they could have said that at the start). Then, when i found another pharmacy that could fill the prescription, they didn't send it over to them despite requesting.

They charged more for the prescription and were rude when I was picking up my prescription. They take forever for the prescription refill and keeps making mistakes. Do not go to this pharmacy, just go to duane reade next door.

I was looking for somewhere to purchase pepper spray/mace in nyc and found ESCO via an internet search. They were polite, helpful and efficient in helping me. It is necessary to fill out a form and show id to buy mace, but it was clearly explained and the staff were very helpful.

I am sad to have to leave this pharmacy. They’ve been good to me over the years, aside from some understandable communication glitches. Apparently they no longer accept the UFT’s ExpressScripts insurance. Please patronize them if they take your plan. Keep small businesses alive.
