I needed a notary and Excel had a sign on the door that they have notary. I think they close at 6, it was 6pm and I thank them for letting me in the store. NY fee for notary is 2.00 and I was only charged 2.00 no additional charges. Standard notary protocol, do not sign the document before the notary inspects the doc, bring your ID. Everyone in the store was friendly. Support small business. Bed-Stuy takes care of it's community.

Ride Aid customers DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!! Its worse than RITE AID! I have been living in the neighborhood for years. Recently I had to switch to this pharmacy due to the closing of Rite Aid. Last week I called to find out if they delivered and to provide my name and info. It was such a nice experience. Today! was DISAPPOINTING, DISGUSTING AND THE MOST UNPLEASANT experience! I recorded the whole experience cause I couldn’t believe it. I was told to shut up, stop talking, called a liar, was told I wasnt in the medical field because I dont know how to speak. Just DISRESPECTFUL ! Amongst other things. The pharmacist in there made rude comments about me being an American woman. It was THE WORSE! Can’t believe a landmark that I grew up passing would even have such behavior! First and last time every having Rx sent there. When I said I would write this review he asked if I think he cares. He might not but im sure the future customers will. No one deserves this treatment especially in the middle of a 7 day migraine episode. I was able to get a photo because he followed me outside. I turned around and snapped this

By far, the kindest and friendliest business I have encountered in New York City. We live across the street and thought we had to go to CVS to get are prescriptions filled because our cards say CVS on them. Turns out we don't! And I am very glad that I walked in here one day on a whim. The guys who work here remembered our names after one visit and have gone above and beyond in dealing with my very stupid New York City insurance. More importantly: they are just damn good neighbors that always have a smile or a hello ready when you see them on the street. It's almost like living in a small Midwestern town again.
