Their automated message lists Saturday 10am to 2pm as part of their business hours, but I just called for an update on a delivery neither of their delivery services had info on (because it wasn't scheduled?) and the answering service they use was surprised they're not open too. I've never had a smooth delivery with this pharmacy.

Thank you for being such a good pharmacy! I have no idea where I could find a better pharmacy. I have been always treated well, the pharmacist is a good man, understand the specific details and always is helpful, he does very nice his work, refills the prescriptions so fast and they have a very good option as delivery ( I guess to everywhere in NYC); customer service is great and in store staff is helpful and nice. Thank you for your work done so well during this pandemic time!

I prefer this Faith Pharmacy (in Brooklyn to the other one in the East Village) because it’s on the A C F. Furthermore they are nicer here in that they don’t give you attitude and act judgmental when there is genuine confusion about a script. Especially if a person is under tremendous pressure to work and has little time to quibble about all the meds anyone over 50 has to take. I travel a lot for work and I have lost medication. Often I don’t bring it up because of the ugly way pharmacists get when that happens. I’m sure Pharmacists have heard it all, but they need to put away the attitude especially when they are dealing with patients who have been through genuine physical and emotional trauma - they have no idea what that person has to do to stay employed, do it all, and keep it together. This pharmacist seems to be kind and non-judgmental. Stars for him.

I’ve been allowing this place to do my prescription for years ….. but lately they have been up to some shady practices …… they keep changing my prescription milligrams with no contact, no phone call , which made me take the wrong amount , and left me extremely sick and wondering why it isn’t working …. When I called their reason was that they no longer carry it , I’d you know longer carry it why not tell your consumers so that I can decide , but y’all rush to filled the prescriptions . It’s not right … work on your communication with clients who”s medication you change without telling them , the point of medicine is to make people better not make them sick , your explanation on the telephone made no sense , and you didn’t even have the decency apologize , I will be pulling all my prescriptions from this place .
