Horrible I called for my meds at 9am and never received my medication I was told the delivery was on the way I could had gotten very ill waiting for meds that did not arrive they are a bunch of inconsiderate liars I cancelled them out and reported them to my Dr hopefully he will not use thier services

Good people. They actually care about their customers. Very helpful and easy to work with. The pharmacist here is one of the nicest people; he always remembers my name and he has gone out of his way to help me a couple of times.

TL;DR Received 16 of a 30 pill prescription, with an "owned 14" handwritten on bottle. Pharmacy did not mention pill shortage in 3 phone conversations. I switched to Flushing Pharmacy at my last doctor's appt from a large chain in an effort to support neighborhood businesses. A pharmacist called soon after to receive my insurance information, which I provided over the phone. This pharmacist offered to have my medications (some of which are controlled substances) delivered later that day. I explained I had an appointment and the delivery would need to happen before a certain time. Later, another pharmacist called to explain the delivery would be a few minutes late. This was not a problem, and I asked that my delivery be moved until the next day, when I would be home more of the day. The next day, I received another call to confirm delivery. Delivery person arrived during scheduled time, and I paid with a check. When I checked my medication, a popular on-brand prescription only had 16 of the 30 prescribed pills. On the bottle itself, the QTY: 30 was crossed out in pen and "16, owed 14" written above it. I have had issues with other pharmacies being out of this medication previously, and have had to wait overnight or over weekends to receive a prescription, depending on each pharmacies' delivery schedule. I am appalled that a medical service would send me a partial prescription of an expensive, on-brand medication that I paid for in full, and not mention a shortage during any of our three phone conversations. This is at best terrible business practices and at worst fraud. Additionally, in hindsight, it is a terrible sign that a pharmacy would offer delivery of a Schedule IV drug (one of my other prescriptions) to someone who has never appeared in the store and whose identity they have not verified. Please support local businesses, but not this one.

One day past and I’m still waiting for my antibiotics medicine to be delivered after I called and they said that it’s on the way I even offered to come and pick it up but the guy on the phone was too lazy to check if it’s ready... I don’t like giving bad reviews but it’s definitely the last time I used this pharmacy...
