At present, many pharmacies in Chinatown also provide various formal or informal services in addition to dispensing medicines, such as purchasing agents, gift coupons, stored value cards, points programs, or using OTC cards to purchase anything in the pharmacy, etc. This pharmacy does not provide illegal services: they use the service attitude as a solicitation: I appreciate this very much, because I also hope that Chinatown can have some higher-quality pharmacies: you don’t have to look up to others just to get some small advantages; but of course: if the services that others generally have but you don’t, you will lose your competitiveness: so using OTC cards and points programs are essential! Personally speaking: if a pharmacy can provide me with basic services: I would rather choose a pharmacy with a good service attitude and a high level of service. If I really need certain services, I can go to two or even three pharmacies! Although the service attitude of this pharmacy is good, it has been more than two months since I became their customer. They have not yet figured out what the plan is: they only let me keep the medication order receipt and will notify them later.... The biggest problem is: I am already their customer, but my OTC card is still restricted: I can only buy some toothpaste, toothbrushes or over-the-counter medicines and the like, but I also have a monthly OTC card quota of more than 100 or even 200 yuan. Do I have so many over-the-counter medicines to take? How many times a day should I brush my teeth? ! Today I went to their pharmacy and really wanted to buy some over-the-counter medicines (vitamins). I asked them what the difference was between the multivitamins they had recommended to me and those prescribed by ordinary doctors. During this period, I was wearing headphones and was being interfered by the MP3 Bluetooth, so I took out the MP3 and turned off the Bluetooth. But they thought I was recording and refused to listen to my explanation. They stepped back behind the counter and told me to ask the doctor myself... Later, I also noticed that I actually have a GoPro action cam on me, but the battery life of these machines is very short: usually I will not turn it on (because I am a photographer: I only use these machines to shoot dynamic scenes). And if I go to someone's house and ask them about something more sensitive, I will take off the camcorder first, but today I just asked them what the difference is between the vitamins they recommended to me and what the doctor prescribed, so I didn't take off the camcorder.
