    Went here to get a Covid booster. Called beforehand to check their availability for vaccines. The staff here are nice but might need to line up a little bit as it's such a small place. Seems like some staff could say Cantonese as I kind of hear they speak it with other customers (not 100% sure though).

    Horrible experience. I walked in and told Kate I was picking up a package. She told me I needed to bring a printed label. I tried to tell her instructions to pickup did not say I had to print anything and she wouldn't let me talk. Pharmacist Thomas Li then came to speak loudly telling me I had to go to a UPS store to print label if I couldn't print. I once again told them I had never had to print to pickup but they wouldn't listen and totally ignored me. Sat down to call UPS for assistance and Thomas told me I had to leave store because they were closing for lunch. I then told him I was on phone w UPS telling them I wasn't being allowed to pick up my package and then they rudely again said oh you have to give us ID and the number of the package. I did so and told them they should learn to listen to their customers and not be so rude. At that point they both began screaming again how they thought I was sending a package even though I had no package in my hands. Thomas tried to say he didn't have anything to do with it and I said that he shouldn't have responded so rudely then. I said I would definitely lodge a complaint with UPS and don't know how they conduct business if they're so rude. I will never go there again. I asked clerk her name and she wouldn't answer. I then asked other guy who was getting my package if her name was Kate at which point she said it was her misunderstanding because she realized I had her name . Horrible people. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them. P.S. Just read Fernanda's comment below and led me to believe as I am also Latina that it was the reason I was treated so rudely. Well, as everyone can see below owner has no class in commenting as he did. He still insists I should have printed a label in order to pick up my package which is not done anywhere. I have done an official complaint to UPS. He is a disgrace as a business owner.

    Absolutely lovely customer service. They'd remember your names after a couple of visits and greet you with the warmest smiles every time you visit. Even though it does get very busy often (since they have many loyal customers), I would never mind the wait, since it would usually be 5-10 minutes tops. Plus, the staff members are extremely helpful, as they always manage to solve issues with my health insurance that I used to have with previous pharmacies! 6 stars for y'all :)

    Short staffed. Randomly closed throughout the day. Tried picking up papers needed for school through their printer. He came out to give another customer her medicine, and when I asked if I could quickly use the printer since he was right there and the printer is by the door, he snapped and told me to come back later because they were at lunch, even though I explained I was running ro school. It was 12 pages, it would've taken 1 minute. Had no problem attending to the other customer, but quickly snapped at a young Latina woman. I got a refund for the prints, but was left with a sour taste at their customer service. They obviously pick and choose who they assist. I just bought a printer because I was left so embarrassed and shocked by the situation. A business that is closed at random times is not a good business. Hire staff to work through others' lunch breaks. I had 4 different customers pass by asking if you were closed. Meanwhile, the other customer called and got service right away. Please treat your customers equally.

    Love their customer service! Pharmacist Thomas provided an excellent service, he patiently explained each of my prescriptions, very professional service. During this pandemic period, they followed the social distancing rules & regulations by reducing the number of people come into the pharmacy, avoid close contact was a BIG PLUS!! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all local residents.
