I did not want to write this review since Oswaldo has always treated me we’ll whenever I’ve needed my prescriptions, however due to having to now face adverse withdrawal side effects because of poorly trained/educated staff, I cannot NOT write this. On Thursday, January 16th at 12:53 I called Karnaby’s to refill my Rx that I planned on picking up that Friday. I was told that 3 of the 4 requested meds would be ready, and that the 4th needed a script from my doctor. Once I got my doctor to send that prescription refill request sent to Karnaby, I figured I’d pick up my prescriptions on Monday just to give the pharmacy time to fill the last one. With this math, I should have had 4 Rx’s ready for me. Monday January 20th rolls around and I call the pharmacy at 10:52 confirming that my 4th prescription was sent from my doctor to which the woman who answered the call said that yes, all meds were ready for pick up. I get to the pharmacy at 11 at which point I learn that 1 of the 4 meds needed to be ordered despite being told both on Thursday and a moment ago that all my meds were ready. I ask the clerk to confirm when that missing medication would be ready today since I desperately need it since I’ll get brutal withdrawal if I don’t take my med on time, and while one clerk said the medication would be in the next day, the lady helping me said it’d be filled by around 4pm that day and that they’d close at 6pm that day. I went home planning to return at 4. I call the pharmacy again at 4:12 to get an update to which I receive no response so I decided to walk over only to find that the pharmacy was closed. I’m now having to deal with brain zaps, chills, and dizziness because of the clerk’s cluelessness and carelessness, but hey, I’m glad she was able to enjoy the rest of her day off since I’m sure ringing up items in a small pharmacy for half a day must be so mentally taxing 🎻 . This is completely unacceptable. I will now have to find another pharmacy since I clearly cannot rely on this one with my health.

Best place to get your otc products...down side is there products are 3 to 4 dollars more then average prices in walgreens or target

Crowded overpriced and if you call them they put you on hold until your next birthday. The place does not seem to run smoothly. It’s like the luck of the draw. You may get someone that answers nicely and professionally or you may get the wicked witch of the west

I've never experienced such amazing customer service from a pharmacy! The pharmacist spent so much time working with my Insurance Company to ensure I got the medication I needed - and then making sure I received the medication absolutely as soon as possible. I'll never forget her.
