I have used Lenda pharmacy for over 15 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacists always take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have, without making me feel rushed or foolish. There are at least 3 other pharmacies within a two block radius that I have used throughout the years and always come back to Lenda pharmacy. Even when they have been out of stock with an item, they have made the extra effort to order it for later that same day. Overall great customer service.

Very disorganized. First and last time! I went in after having a surgery and unfortunately I did not have anyone to go for me. I understand that they can be busy and i have to wait my turn, however, they started filling meds for people that weren't even at the pharmacy. So there i was going thru hell due to pain from a rotator cuff injury and they were laughing and joking around in the back. The pharmacist had a huge satisfactory smile when she came up with meds and said" told you you had to wait" as if to prove a point. Def not going back.

This place is ridiculous, I have waited for ANTIBIOTICS to be delivered to my home for the past two days. It was prescribed to me because I needed it, and y'all carelessly do not tend to your customers. But y'all quick to sell medications....save yourself the trouble, dont get your medications e-script there. Another reason why "mom and pops" shops are being replaced by these big named companies. Rosmery must be sniffing pills in the back, cause the lady doesnt remember anything. Even if she just told you something...shes going to forget.

The worst pharmacy you can even look at they will deny you your meds all because they want to refill needed or not and don’t get me started on the little ompa lumpa in the front(short fat light skin brown hair) got the most nastiest attitude the way they treat old people here is disgusting if you want a great pharmacy and pharmacist. one block over 139 pharmacy is great but also 142 daliza pharmacy these people make it their business to make sure you leave with what you came for 142 broadway pharmacy is the best around there

Today my grandmother was dilivered medication with no name on the bottle when i called the license pharmaceutical technician ( so she claimed: Caribbean woman with grey dreadlocks who doesn't let you talk or give her name and thinks she is god because she is standing behind a counter) began to call me a liar and yelling at me telling me I didn't know what I was talking about so I went in and showed her the bottle and she tries to make light of the situation by saying oh my god just one ... as if it were normal practice when I asked her if she knew what the contents of the bottle were she couldn't answer me and insted begins telling me that I can't come into their pharmacy upset as if I had no right to question her I mean what wasy grandmother supposed to do? Guess... after a digusting display of disconcern by this woman who claimed to be a professional began yelling and insulting me because she assumed I wasn't knowledgeable ( Me: medical professional) I started taping her yelling at me and questioning her on camera what her name was and her title and why she passed medication from BTC without a name on it she turned her back and hid away. I then told her to transfer the scripts to duane reade down the block and even though I had the pharmacist call and requested the information the woman picks up the phone and denied the DR pharmacist the prescriptions leaving my grandmother with no meds for the weekend because at that point the doctors office was closed. I'm done with this place my grandmother has used them for years but it seems that the current staff doesn't know what they are doing and doesn't care about their patients. Every month there is an issue. They have even billed for a more expensive products and sent generic brand products that aren't even the equivalent of the product billed. They have sent my grandmother medication that we informed them on numerous occasions was discontinued and billed her insurance for the medication when it was not needed not to mention possibly hurting an 80 year old woman. This place needs to be investigated. I'll post the video so anyone who goes there knows who not to deal with if they go there but I wouldn't take the chance. So unfortunate used to be a staple in this neighborhood.
