I was buzzed into pharmacy, walked to back counter, a man said hello and entered the back of the pharmacy. I stood at the counter waiting, having been acknowledged. The doorbell rang 2 more times with 2 more shoppers entering. The 3 men continued their work in the back while I waited. One customer came to the counter to check out. She was dealt with & left. Now standing in one spot for 10 minutes, the clerk said, "You're being helped, right?" "NO, I'm not being helped." Service only got worse from there! My insurance provider offers a monthly OTC allowance, which I was there to spend. Guess I'll be spending it elsewhere....You can't take back a first impression.

The service the owner provides is amazing. They deliver if you can't visit the store. They always answer all my questions and try to work with you if you're having issues with insurance. Highly recommended. Very community friendly.

The pharmacists are very patient and so nice !!!!! They have nice items there to buy anything u need they have in that pharmacy . I just love the care they show to all the customers 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😇😇😇

We have the same last name! But I am African American. Look at how God covers the earth in diversity? Anyways great pharmacy. Soooo sad that I moved. If they had a parking lot I’d drive all the way back to go here!

Why is it that in African-American communities anyone can just walk in, buy a piece of property, set up shop, not even speak English and then have the right to buy/sell things in our own community? I went into M and I pharmacy for a breast pump because I just gave birth one week ago and sat there patiently for 20 to 30 minutes listening to the owner plus other employees who could not understand what I was saying, speak another language and gossip on the phone, just to be told that they don’t cover the prescription written for my breast pump from the hospital. So let me get this straight, you don’t ask for my insurance card, you don’t even know what you’re looking at really but instead of clarifying what is written on the prescription pad you just say sorry we don’t cover breast pumps. Either you’re discriminating or just don’t know how to run a business, either way off to another pharmacy where someone understands what the hell im saying. Smh.
