Wendy and Bob are the BEST! I was having trouble filling a prescription for a while now. I had called several different pharmacies with no luck. Then I called Midwest and Wendy was super helpful and was able to help me immediately, where my regular pharmacy was unable to do anything for 2.5 weeks! When I got to the store, Wendy introduced herself and her husband Bob came out. They were super friendly and really took care of me-- really made me feel welcomed. I plan to switch my prescriptions to them! Letting all my friends know that this mom and pop shop is top notch! Really good people!

Family-owned and super friendly. Wendy and Bob have consistently made my experience pleasant and efficient! I am able to pick up my prescriptions and more in one place! No need to go to Walgreens or CVS when you have Wendy and Bob who provide you with custom-care and really good advice! Highly recommend.

I'm so happy that my doctor recommended this pharmacy. Wendy and Bob are wonderful. Our healthcare system sucks, and it truly means the world to find people who genuinely care about their patients/customers as individuals. If you're going to CVS or Walgreens, do yourself a favor and support this lovely small business instead. NYC needs places like this.

I am a physician who called in a Rx today for a patient. I am still in shock about how what good service I received. The pharmacist/owner told me what the patient needed and was so friendly and helpful I thought she was from the Midwest U.S., not midtown Manhattan! My call was even taken immediately, with no wait! You must get all your Rxs here and tell your friends!

Great people and amazing service! Truly the best pharmacy I’ve come across in the city. I live in Brooklyn and was more than happy to take the 45 min journey up here to fill my prescription.
