    Kenny in warehouse very rude and unprofessional. He sent a driver out to evaluate my chair. He comes at 8: 30 pm to do the evaluation to chair. He don't evaluate the chair? He comes two weeks later two weeks later to evaluate the chair. Only he comes dressed up in party clothes between 9:30 and 10:30 pm now hewabts evaluate the chair because he forgot what to write because he drinking. Now a week later he comes at 10:00 pm. Now mind my you my lock is broke which he knows from week. He let's himself and stands over my bed. He just walk up into my house while i was sleeping. He scared me so bad. I just cried. I couldn't believe it. I cannot walk at this time. No weight baring?????. I call the store the next the ladies listen to me. I was cursing while I was about the incident. Kenny calls and I got a lot of nerve. Calling and complaining cursing. First there is nothing but he keeps it over a month anyway. I call and let him know I need a charger he said no the driver didn't write it down so i am not sending one. I have no charger. I do a a copy of the receipt the he no charger on. I have that! Not one did he address what happened to me. He made me feel like it sucks to be you. I also let him know i am no longer i use to be i should be measured. He stated that I was getting the same size as before. I let him know my weight your are getting the chair you had before. Mind you i have a chair for a obese person meanwhile i weigh 171 lbs. The foot rest too low I came out of the chair twice because its lower than the curb it still stops and start. I cannot drive this chair its stops all the time. It's not fair that he didn't do his job and I have to pay for it. I should have a chair for my weight. I also think I should have a charger. I have scrape on my and legs. But i did learn something. That am going to sue Nucare Pharmacy as whole wow won't your investors be pleased. And separately i am going to sue Kenny for sending the driver to my house at that time breaking and entering putting my life in danger. Not following not following the policy and procedures. I will be suing the driver as well. Not once did he apologize for the driver but not for hisself either. Not only do i have a lawyer but i have audio and video. On my and throughout the building. A picture is worth a thousand words. I am very sorry for whoever will be affected by these two employees. I am going all the way with these. I also have a lawyer as well. KENNY IS SUPERVISOR IN THE WAREHOUSE. I HOPE YOU CAN HELP!!!!!!!!!

    This company was given the task of fixing the hospital bed for our handicapped relative. They called to set up a time to review and repair. We were told the only time they can come, ever, was 8:30 in the morning. We explained that she is out of her bed at 10 am every day when her aid comes and takes care of her. They said they would call back and never did. One week later they show up at 8:30 am, could not let them in and was told they would be back in 2 days after 10am. Never showed up. Called and they again said it was impossible to get there at 10 and and only 8:30 am works for them. And why can’t I just get them ready and out of the bed? Why I cant do that is none of their business. They were so rude and nasty in the phone. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to call and say they were not coming back. Called VNS and logged a complaint against them. Do not use them, do not give them your$. They do not deserve it. And it is a simple fix, which they wouldn’t even let me explain on the phone. Should have been the tip off that they are not professional. So, in total, it’s been a month ai ce the bed railing broke and we are still waiting.

    Nu Care is the best neighborhood pharmacy you will find in NYC! Mike as Head Pharmacist is superb as are covering Pharmacists. I was very ill in 2015 recovering from 3 unexpected surgeries. Nu Care was family to me. They cared for all of me & met all my needs & then some. Exceptional I say. And, continue to be there for me. Great medical equipment evaluation & ordering by Lafayette! Assist in researching & helping with vitamins & supplements too. As a long term Nurse I don't rate as exceptional unless warrants. Health Care is complex & increasingly complicated. Considering they receive 500 plus faxes a day, think for a moment the time to fill, clarify those orders & so much more the general public has no idea of the behind the scenes. With trying to reach MD's via a telephone, think about the hours on hold, for YOU. YES, YOU. The Public demands grow & supercede the ability to keep up with the increasing demand. Instead of complaining about, people should come in & thank the Pharmacists, exceptional front desk staff, DME ordering, general ordering & delivery people who work to bring you excellence. Its easy to complain, but let me tell you, epic to grow some appreciation for those doing their best. I say Nu Care rocks!!!

    company plays games servicing medicaid paying supplies. Held hostage my supplies saying MLTC did not pay previous bill. When you call nucare looking for your monthly order, they have a list of excuses that anyone one with a lick of sense knows is just if you ask to speak to a supervisor , they hang up on you.

    I have been dealing with this pharmacy for months and not one of the representatives could give me precise or clear information . I was able to speak to the manager Friday and within 10 minutes my issues were resolved my supply was shipped. Nucare I would give your customer service reps a 1 but Jessenia you’re a five !
