I recently moved to the area and decided to use this pharmacy as it was convenient to my apartment. The first time I had my prescription filled, I got home and noticed the pill bottle looked almost empty. I counted and there were only 20 pills instead of 30 pills - not sure how this even happens with modern pill counting technology. The pharmacy also is only open 12-7, which if you work normal hours gives you such a small window to pick up. However the second time I went to fill a prescription, I called and spoke to the pharmacist as I was out of medicine and needed to pickup but was worried I would miss the 7 pm window. She said she would leave for me at the front for after hours pickup. I arrive at the store, and the medicine was never left. This pharmacy is a mess. Don’t go here. So many other alternatives.

Update #2: I spoke to my doctor, who told me the pharmacy called him 4 times back to back (?) while he was with his kids, to tell him I was banned for being rude. I was NEVER RUDE, I just left a review. This is notable because they never picked up the phone but they had the time to call my doctor 4 times on his time off. 0 professionalism, at this point they are just being petty and personal. Update: apparently they have time to write an extensive reply to my review but they can’t pick up the phone. I’ve been to lots of pharmacies on the area and they are very competent. Doesn’t matter if there’s shortages or if they are health care workers, they do the job. THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT YOU NOT HAVING MY MEDICATION BECAUSE OF THE SHORTAGE, this is about YOU MAKING ME TAKE AN UNNECESSARY TRIP TO YOUR LOCATION FOR NOTHING BECAUSE NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONES. EMPTY HANDED, TIRED, AND ON TOP, A CONDESCENDING REPLY. GET A CLUE, LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is for the store and the pharmacy. I called 10 times before coming in, they have two telephones. They picked up once and hung up on me. When I got there, there were 3 workers, none of them busy, and still no one could pick up the phone(s). When I got there, the VERY FREE pharmacist told me my medication won’t be ready until next week. IF YOU WOULDVE PICKED UP THE PHONE, I COULDVE SAVED MYSELF THE VERY FAR TRIP TO THIS PLACE, DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!! ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE BARE MINIMUM

One of the best health stores I’ve been too. They recently upgraded and added the pharmacy which is well stocked. The healthy snack options and fresh juices are the star though. Delicious, actually fresh(not frozen) and well priced.

Amazing pharmacy! In particular, Stephen has consistently gone out of his way to deliver top-notch customer service. Highly recommended. Following up, one year later, and this is by far the best pharmacy I've ever been to! Top-notch!

They are one of the only pharmacies in the city that has my medication in stock and they won’t fill it because they have not worked with my doctor? Didn’t know pharmacies could deny people in need of medication based on their doctor ?
