I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. They are overpriced and seem to charge inconsistently. My husband and I have the exact same insurance, yet he had no copay for the same medication, while they tried to charge me. In the past, I simply paid without questioning it, but this time, I decided to verify. I contacted my regular pharmacy, had everything transferred, and surprise—no copay! The only reason I ended up at this pharmacy was that my dermatologist (Advanced Dermatology) sends prescriptions here. After this experience, I will never return. If you value honesty, transparency, and good customer service, take your business elsewhere. It feels like they’re finding ways to charge people unnecessarily. First, they gave me a higher price, then suddenly it was $5 ($1 per medication)—which isn’t about the amount but rather the lack of transparency. When I asked for clarification, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the rep mocked me, repeatedly saying, “It’s just a dollar per med, just $5 total”—as if I couldn’t afford it, rather than answering my question. The manager was equally dismissive, telling me I was “making a bigger issue than I need to” and making me feel demeaned just for wanting clarity. No apologies or sense of care for my complaint. Since when is asking questions about your own charges a problem? Very rude staff, unorganized, inconsistent and overall horrible experience. Never going back here

They're very efficient and friendly. They delivered my medicine early morning the next day because I flight later in the evening. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs were very helpful in getting everything to match up.

Bincent was excellent!! He helped me with my script and made sure I received my medication by free delivery. He was helpful, attentive and kind. What a great pharmacy! Cindy

Great pharmacy! Their service makes them stand out above the rest. They delivered the medication right to me. I had lots of questions and Bincent was extremely helpful and on top of things especially with regards to my insurance and what was covered.

When ordering meds I let them know that I was already out and asked for them to be overnighted. The person said she’d see what they can do. The meds were sent via regular mail and it took 8 days. This is not a medicine that I can get a sample of at the doctor so I just had to wait.
