Most disrespectful, unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. They do not care about people time and will have you sitting there for a long time for your medication. They do not take the time to educate patients on their medication. A lot of people in the back but still a long line of people waiting for their medication. I had to call in through both pharmacies to get my medications transferred and while it was being worked on instead of giving me the human decency that they was working on it after I continuously asked I had to find out myself after sitting there for an hour and informed with an attitude. They pick and choose who they want to be kind to. I heard the women at the counter tell a patient “ this is not candy it’s medicine “ after a long wait of waiting for their meds. Just inform the client that their medication is not yet ready instead of wasting their time. I do hope you improve your business because your actions are not acceptable and you’re suppose to be health professionals . If you no longer care for the patient well being to explain their medications to them . Maybe you should change your field.

I called to get my medications, the cashier was a bit miserable, anyhow the Doctor was very courteous, told me th I can eturn later today, Then in May 6 2024, I tried to get my refills of my pills, Told that I have to renew my prescription, and will see the doctor on May 23rd !!! No fair!! I could get the pills, then get my prescription filled after!!

Always trust the receptionist when she tells you when you're medication will be available. Prescription drugs are not easily stored or shipped so be considerate.

I wish I could give zero star. When your insurance says you can have your medicine, they WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU. THEY HAVE A STUPID POLICY AND TOTALLY RUINED MY VACAY. I WILL BE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!

Honesty I’d rather take a Uber downtown to cvs .. why is this establishment still open. Nothing on the shelves and some chick looks like her job is to sit on her phone all day .. no type of customer service .
