I went to pick up my prescription and needed to purchase OTC stuff using my eCard from United Health. I was told that some of the stuff was not covered when in fact they were covered. The clerk kept fidgeting with the payment gadget which she claimed wasn't working properly. I called the pharmacy later after a few days and was informed that there was nothing wrong with their machine. This is the second time I have had a problem with this one particular clerk. The very first time I used the pharmacy in January, she told me that the machine will not work because she just tried serving another customer with a similar card and it didn't work. She refused to try to run my card even after I begged her several times to try and run it! Last week, I picked up a prescription and was not charged. I even asked if there was a co-payment and the clerk, (another one), told me that there was no payment at all. I went to pick up another prescription only to be asked for a co-payment. I told the pharmacist that I was not asked for a co-payment the last time that I had picked up my prescription. He told me that the clerk should have asked me for a co-payment then. I went ahead and paid over $40.00, which was not even a co-payment m, but for a medication that is not covered by my insurance!

My favorite pharmacy in Brooklyn. They are fast efficient. The store is neat with plenty of open space six feet is possible.

The delivery staff like ABAKAR, diligently work hard to provide outstanding service and support to the customer making sure they receive the medicines and products promptly, with great customer service skills.
