I have been a Town Drug Customer since they were down in midtown but this specific location stay away from them! The unprofessional phone thug, verbally aggressive gangster like, disgusting, pompous, arrogant store manager Maria treated me so poorly as I was asking about my elderly mother’s prescription needs that they mishandled. Yet she had the audacity to act as if I bothered them for calling. To question why my mother was not called about an important medication that she needed. This horrible poor excuse for a human said “we call once and if you don’t answer we will not keep chasing you.” The problem was they never called my mother and when I told her that she shushed me and fabricated an excuse. I am an actual paying customer who pays out of pocket and dont ask for discounts. She is also notorious in making you wait in the store as she gossips as my elderly mother stated. She acts like she is god all because her brother is co owner of this place. She is a horrible human for treating my mother and I so unprofessionally, very disrespectful and her attitude is for the streets not a pharmacy to help people. Stay away from this place. There are other pharmacy elsewhere around the area and much more respectful of the elderly community. I will definitely tell all the people in my community to boycott this place because of her nasty arrogant attitude!

They don't pay employees good salaries And there's more stuff to say but I'm going to let y'all guess what else they lack

I have never had a pharmacy that took such care of me as this one. Orlando (wonderful man) and his staff are efficient, kind, very helpful and are incredibly and genuinely empathic towards me and the other customers. I've used the big box pharmacies for much of my life and could not be happier that I finally got wise and switched. I couldn't be happier with anyone besides Orlando and his staff.

On Friday nov 30 around 5:20 pm I arrived to pick up grandmothers prescription medicine.. I put in my signature (MS) this guy behind the counter didn’t even have a pharmacy wardrobe says “classy”.. lol.. who is this guy I guess he’s showing off in front of the female clerk The bottom line is you look dirty and your not even a doctor 🤣🤣pump your brakes and have better character you lame..
