The people that work at this pharmacy have a terrible attitude problem. Just a regular conversation with them is enough to put you in a bad mood and nothing was wrong before that. This is just a normal interaction. They really don’t wanna help you. They don’t enjoy their job just go somewhere else. they seem miserable.

Was left on hold for extremely long period of time then the woman came to the phone told me to hold on and left me on hold for an extended long period of time very rude. I don’t understand why pharmacies are rude when people are coming to them more questions concerning health.

If you want to meet the rudest, most incompetent "pharmacist" in New York, her name is Katrice, she works here, and she'll be more than happy to ruin your day at her earliest possible convenience. Her specialties include: - Rolling her eyes if you simply want to pick up your prescription - Looking down on everyone who walks into the store - Refusing to ring up your purchase and telling you to see the cashier upstairs instead - Condescending to you if you ask a single question - Telling you your insurance isn't allowing the refill when the real problem is that she doesn't know how to run the request. - Refusing to try running the prescription request again, because this sometimes happens when you switch an RX from one store to another, as all the other pharmacists know, but Katrice already "knows it all," so why should she ever open her mind and try doing anything any differently? She's a hateful, stubborn, narrow-minded, incompetent person who has no business working at a drug store and management should relieve her of her duties asap. 👎

The pharmacist rolled her eyes and made the rudest “annoyed” facial expression at me when my boyfriend politely said he didn’t want to try Flonase for his allergies per her recommendation (because he already has). It was so weird.

I love shopping here Jaliyah provided me with the best customer service, number one cashier here would definitely refer to big business spenders, fast, respectful, and very helpful and understanding. I'm satisfied 😀👍
