They don’t care about their customers, especially in the pharmacy. They will tell you incorrect information about the prescriptions they sell you and then blame it on you for believing them and not refund you your money nor show any empathy regarding the situation. The pharmacist LISA, she’s very Disrespectful. Update: the manager resolved the situation. He’s a real one! But the pharmacy staff….do better…………

I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy while trying to get vaccinated. I signed up for the Monkeypox vaccine, but after waiting for what felt like forever, I found out they didn’t even have it in stock. No one bothered to inform me beforehand, which was a huge waste of my time. While waiting, the staff seemed disorganized, and I had to bother the pharmacist myself just to get any kind of update. Instead of resolving the situation properly, the pharmacist told me to cut in line, which only made the other customers angry. The whole situation could have been handled much better. On top of that, the location itself is outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. The space looks sad, worn down, and far from welcoming. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish—poor communication, long wait times, and an uncomfortable atmosphere. I definitely won’t be returning.

Waited for 50 minutes after my scheduled Covid vaccine appointment and wasn’t even checked in. Just left out of sheer frustration since I asked repeatedly and no one was able to help me.

Have an issue the app says to call? Don’t bother as they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!

They lock everything up behind plastic shields. You need to call for help in every single aisle if you want to buy more than one thing. Half the time they can't open the shield and you're just out of luck.
