I picked up an online order. The indian manager front desk autimatically gave me and charged me for a bag while I don’t neee the bag that’s easily broken. First, I got charged without asking whether or not I need a bag, and then if I want to get it refunded, she asked me to go back on the line to wait again, which I already waited once. 2 mistakes. Jesus. How can she work there?

Do NOT buy a gift card from here. The staff do not properly secure the gift cards, and they don’t care if you end up suffering from a gift card scam as a result. I bought a 25$ Apple gift card and when I tried to redeem it, it said invalid code. Upon further checking, the inside card and outside packaging had different activation codes, indicating that the card had been unsealed and swapped. I called the store, the ‘supervisor’ told me to call Apple. Called Apple, they told me to contact Walgreens for a refund because the code was voided rather than inactive so it was a Walgreens issue. I called Walgreens back to ask to speak to the same person as before and got left on an open line for 15 minutes because the employee didn’t feel like telling me the manager had already left for the day, which I found out upon calling back again. I just wanted to treat myself to splurging a little on a dumb mobile game after a long day, and it ended up making my day worse. :)

Went to purchase 2 items: Claritan D 24 and Liquid Geritol. A major rx chain being capable of a score higher than a 1 star ought to have adequate inventory. This store has a bad attitude as well with insulting long lines. Dissatisfaction should be rewarded by loss of customer. NOT a good store.

If I can give zero star , I’d like to give cashier whose name is Maryann , she is so non-sense person , let me feel so uncomfortable , my sister is disability person , she can’t make purchase in-store , but Maryann didn’t want me to make purchase for my sister, still want my sister to come store make purchase , this is so ridiculous
