    First time here and WOW, a horrible experience! People waiting literal hours for medication they need. Felt especially bad for the sick and elderly people who suffered here. Zero communication with the customer base. The first sign of trouble is the literal sign with several misspellings in it. Then a supposed self-serve kiosk that’s broken. I don’t know what’s going on here but according to my fellow line standers this is extra bad, but it’s often not too much better. It also seems their phone system is totally unmanned and will not correctly update you on your prescription status even by robo-call. Many customers prescriptions weren’t even ready by the time they eventually reached the front of the line, despite updates that they were ready to be picked up. It’s abysmal that Walgreens corporation allows this gross negligence in one of its stores. They are supposed to be a national company with a certain brand standard and expectation of service. (I will give props to the two overworked pharmacists who had to deal with the brunt of our complaints and kept their cool; but again this is a MANAGEMENT issue!) It does not go unnoticed that this level of incompetence and apathy occurs in one of the brand’s locations frequented predominantly by people of color. This would NEVER be tolerated by corporate in a white or more affluent neighborhood. Update: unfortunately had to return a month later for another prescription pick up and this time experience was even worse! 2 hours before I was able to get my prescription. Super long line, lots of other people’s orders messed up too. Not sure how they are getting away with this mess.

    Ignorant and horrible pharmacy. They made my partner wait over 40 minutes for my prescription just to tell him that they won’t give it to him because they claim I’ve had too many and my insurance has to approve it. I am not a pill popper. I try not to take medication unless I absolutely HAVE TO. My insomnia has gotten extremely bad recently (the last couple days). My primary care physician sent in just 7 pills to give me some ease. I haven’t had Ambien for like a YEAR. So what is the problem? And I know this because I’ve been laid off from my job for months and dealing with unemployment. That ambien prescription I originally had was not prescribed to me for a long period of time either because my doctor didn’t want me mixing it with another medication I was taking at that time. This had to be a year ago. Maybe a little more. I’ve never even used this pharmacy before. Absolutely horrible service. Useless. The reviews speak for themselves. Take your needs elsewhere because these people are a waste of space and a waste of time. Thanks to your incompetence I’ll continue to not get any damn rest. I hope this location closes down!

    So I have been going to this pharmacy for years for a monthly prescription that I pay for out of pocket. They routinely mess it up and I have to wait for it, no problem, I can spare an extra 15 minutes. But lately, the wait has gone to over 1 hour. I'm greeted by long lines, and signs on the door that says, the pharmacy is closed on Saturday due to staffing shortage...... what???? Then when I take time from work to go to what I believe to be off peak, still long line, and then I'm told they are out of stock and that I have to return tomorrow.... to wait in a long line again??? When they already had days to restock the item. Seems like they only act when I come to pick it up. I understand there is a hiring shortage. I also understand that other pharmacies in other areas have teams of people working behind the counter and have no lines. This is unacceptable! I will be taking my prescriptions and business elsewhere. But what about those who don't have such options? Your customers deserve better! It is possible!

    This is my second review for this place, and it has not improved. Long lines and no one answers the phone after waiting 30-40 minutes on que until it continues to ring and nothing. It was such a great pharmacy in the past, but now I wish they just shut down and bring in a new management team that knows how to run a pharmacy and support the community.

    Pharmacy staff are very customer friendly and professional. They make me feel welcome during every visit. They go above and beyond and are always patient and attentive. They are so good that I give any and all business to this location as possible. Coming here is like coming home. Wonderful staff.
