Good place. New pharmacist lady is awesome, and she is very professional. Prior Pharmacist Mina was rude and he was caught lying few times, when I called Walgreens Corp HQ.

I’ve been to many pharmacy’s all over queens but this one takes the cake. Employee’s are so low effort and barely literate. I was just trying to have them read something on my email and they were stuttering and shook lol. Definitely going somewhere else even though this is the closest pharmacy store. If you have a problem it would probably be too much of a hassle for them. They are also short staffed a lot, and do way too much small talk upholding lines at times. Like I get it, this area of queens is like that… but you guys have a job first and foremost. it’s not my fault you guys work in customer service and are just terrible at it. Definitely go to the rite aide or cvs instead.

I only go here because it is close by, but it is making me want to just order what I need online! Very often it is not stocked with the basic supplies I need. It is often hard to find somebody to unlock items on the shelf - if you can find a button that is not busted. There is almost always a long line with no option for self checkout - which is in EVERY other store! Today, the cashier did not help me bag (and did not offer) and immediately called the next customer over before I could bag myself.

I have never been to this Walgreens before and I needed some stuff to get over a bad cold and sinus infection. They didn't have everything I needed exactly, but the staff was helpful with finding me what I needed. The store clerics in the pharmacy were helpful.

Rude and no common sense people. Update: After 10 mins waiting on the ever growing line and not moving someone came out and said the cashier is on break and people should wait. She said approximately 30 mins. ... and this is the only Walgreens pharmacy in the area!!!
