I just tried to return a lipstick to this store. I don’t get paper receipts and explained that to the cashier I asked him how to look up my digital receipt. He did not know how and called the manager who arrived, looked at me and said, no receipt no return and walked off. This night manager is extremely rude! His tone and demeanor were most abrasive. The fact that items need to be returned to the store at which they were bought is irritating. But I was at the correct store. Surely someone could have made more effort to help me The cashier did show me what to look for from his phone but I left and will not ever return. Headquarters should know that this manager needs training and help. Do not go to this store

Regularly closes early and recently closed all day for no apparent reason. They canceled an Rx order without communicating any reason. Most recently I was busy and had trouble picking up an Rx order that was about to be canceled, because every time I stopped in they had closed the pharmacy early. I came back the day before it was going to be canceled and they had inexplicably shut down the pharmacy for the entire day. I had plans all day the next day (pickup deadline) so I tried to talk to an employee about asking the pharmacy to hold my Rx an extra day. I saw a guy stocking paper towels and said “hi, do you work here?”, to which he rolled his eyes and said “unfortunately”. I told him that I had an Rx with a pickup deadline of the next day and asked if someone could take a message for the pharmacy to extend the hold for an extra day because I didn’t have time the next day and the pharmacy wasn’t supposed to have been closed. He told me to just go to another pharmacy. I explained to him several times that the Rx was ready for pickup here and the order couldn’t be transferred to another location (controlled substance). Finally he understood, but refused to do anything to help. I asked him several times if there was a way to get in touch with other the pharmacy staff or to leave a note for them to hold it for another day, and he just said no we won’t do anything you have to come back if you want it. So I pushed back my plans the next day and went in because I had no choice. There was one person in line in front of me and it took 45 MINUTES to get my Rx; the cashiers there will just stand off to the side not processing the line, or if they are blocked on something for the current customer they make the entire line wait instead of just having that customer go off to the side while they help the rest of the line. In this instance I had also prepaid for my Rx via the Walgreens app, and the guy didn’t understand how to check it out and kept trying to charge me for the Rx again. Between their regularly poor pharmacy service and getting yelled at by their horrible manager because they said they packed something in a pickup order that wasn’t in the bag, this is honestly the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to and I’ll be looking to switch to another location. Run away from here.

Worst location and worst service of a pharmacy I've ever experienced. Randomly closed without warning, long wait times for phone pick up and when they do answer they are extremely rude. Wish that this wasn't the closest location to me.

Totally worthless- I waited on hold for more than 35 minutes to speak with someone in the pharmacy, and was then promptly hung up on.

I just showed up for my booster shot for which I had an appointment. The pharmacy wasn't even open. No one seemed to be working in the store except for a couple of cahiers. They were clueless with no apology or explanation.
