The pharmacist didn’t even know the correct year. They were questioning me why I said it was 2025. And then they tried to charge me $2000 for medication that was fully covered by insurance because they were inputting the wrong date!

Iam calling the pharmacy and they keep putting me on hold is like no one wants to pick up the phone . and I just need to ask if they have a medicine on stock and so far 1 hour hold , I just couldn’t wait longer worst experience

Worse store as their staff started snapping at me and they did me guilty... oh they are actually crazy

Awful experience at the pharmacy. Arrived 25 minutes before the lunch break needing urgent meds for a small child with low oxygen and wheeze. There was nobody in the queue. Pharmacy cashier (Patricia M) just shrugged and said I needed to wait till after the lunch break. I explained the urgency. Didn’t care whatsoever. Closed the door and left. People like this should not work in healthcare services.

Roseanne / Roxanne is an Angel - literally saved my Mom tonight. After my Mom’s pharmacy told her at 8:30pm that they weren’t able to get the insulin stock they promised her, I went out on a search for stock elsewhere because she had no insulin left for the day. Even though she was on her way out, Roseanne / Roxanne stayed to help me - set up the new prescription, patiently find my Mom’s information in the system, and get the much needed insulin for my Mom. All this and with a kind and empathetic smile. Nearly cried, I was so grateful. Thank you Roseanne / Roxanne for your help today.
