Truly terrible. After they gave me a refund, they told me I should have gone somewhere else to begin with. There are enough competent pharmacies in the area. Let's turn this space into something useful for the community.

I actually had a great experience here. The pharmacist promptly picked up the phone when I called to make sure the medicine I needed was in stock (it was), was very helpful and communicative. They let me know when the prescription was ready (within the hour) and there were no issues at pick up.

Not as bad as the reviews claim!! Understaffed for sure and definitely notice a good amount of people with clearly complicated issues who get upset at the pharmacists (when it’s probably a doctor or insurance issue) but if you are just going in for a easy prescription refill, it’s usually quick and easy. The pharmacists such as Cookie are very nice! I recently went through a complicated issue with a new prescription and was able to sort it out on the phone in a few minutes. My prescriptions usually do not take long to fill. Cookie also has helped me apply coupons to my prescriptions.

This place is truly as slow and mismanaged as other reviews have alluded to. Individually, the employees are fine people, but I’ve never been to such an understaffed, incompetent and woefully incapable pharmacy in my entire life. If you want to routinely wait in line for an hour, this is the pharmacy for you.

Do not use this pharmacy for your medicine. Terrible customer service. I waited on hold on 6-5-23 to speak with a pharmacist for over an hour. I simply needed to cancel a prescription that my doctor ordered by mistake. The problem was - there was no way to get the right prescription filled until this one was cancelled. At 9pm this Walgreen's Pharmacy closed; I was still on hold, I was still listening to, "We're sorry our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we will be with you shortly." No one ever answers. I waited until 9:10pm and then I gave up. I had to go all night without my medicine.
