Cashiers are rude and not so welcoming.. no need for the stereotypes if I am on the line paying for my own stuff. I wasn’t even able to use my points because the cashiers demeanor was horrible, he canceled the screen nor did he ask if I have a number with Walgreens ,everything was uncalled for. I don’t do conflict the world is nasty enough.

Store is a scam. Ordered items online. I put I didn't want substitutions. And they gave me some ugly items I never ordered but some of my daughter's order is on the table to be purchased by a cashier. I'm so pissed off that I drove from very far to pick up these items. And it does not say that my items were substituted.

I have had multiple medical episodes due to negligence from this pharmacy. I've lived in NYC for 15 years, and I've never experienced anything like this at any other location in the city. There aren't many commercial pharmacy options nearby in this neighborhood, which is the only reason I'm still stuck going here. Go anywhere else if you can. It's not worth the stress, and dealing with these people over the phone when there's a problem is...harrowing to say the least.

They are trying to keep the shelves stocked but with theft so high. It's sad. But the employees are pleasant and quick to serve you.

Avoid at all cost. 2/3 cases they messed up prescription. Staff is extremely unhelpful and slow, if you absolutely need to use this pharmacy get ready to spend 1h+ waiting in lines and being „helped” by unhappy and unprofessional staff.
