Monday, December 30, 2024 Duane Reade/Walgreens 95 Wall Street New York, NY, NYC Greetings, This commendation goes to Irina P., the Pharmacist from the Duane Reade Pharmacy Department in whom I have known for about 15 years. She has always been kind, caring, friendly & professional. When I would pick up my medication(s) she would thoroughly explain the doses and details to me without rushing and very patiently. I met her when Duane Reade was located at 80 Maiden Lane, New York, NY many years ago. When this location closed & relocated I was disappointed because I didn't know where she was located. Years later, I just happened to go to another Duane Reade NYC location on Pine/Cedar Street I believe and she was there. Woohoo!! Now as of November 2024, I started receiving quality service from her again at 95 Wall Street. When I saw her last month, she smiled at me and we cordially talked. She asked me was I back with them again and I said yes. I expressed to her how I appreciated her good customer service towards me over the many years. And now the WORLD does too!!😀😀😀 A special shout to Angela, Diamond, & Jahraj for coming from around the counter to assist me. They were kind & professional to me. Great team! Keep up the great work you guys!🎊🎉 I recommend this pharmacy! Ms. Jeri Brown🤗😁⚘️

I think I just ran into one of the nicest sales staff at a pharmacy. Shout out to Nigel at the register for making me feel so welcomed and he was super helpful with my purchase.

Just FYI they’re not 24 hours. Business hours for the store is between 7am- 11pm, 7 days a week Business hours for the pharmacy are: * 9am - 7pm, mon-fri * closed Saturday and Sunday As of 02/29/2024 per a sign on the store window

Store is disorganized and unfriendly. Staff is very overrun and pharmacy hours are very short considering the service area.

Always delays prescriptions. Doesn’t notify properly. Doesn’t answer calls. Not enough staff. Often out of stock.
