Today I went to this store to have a document notarized. Instead of the clerk telling me the notary person could not do it due to being busy with medication, I waited over 15 minutes patiently until I had to inquire is the notary person still available. The staff was very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone as the staff lacks professionalism. I would rate it no stars if I could.

My son was recently measured and fitted for a wheelchair. The process was handled by Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical. It was the most professional collaborative experience encountered. The experience was exceptional and the level of professionalism collaboration, intervention, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty was impressive. Welcare staff were able to meet at my son’s school and work with the school staff. The pharmacy went to great lengths to ensure that the process was seamless. The pharmacy also worked with the insurance provider to ensure that the wheelchair was covered. The pharmacy's commitment to excellence and customer service is admirable, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a wheelchair fitting. I called and tried to ask if a medication in stock, only to have someone at the pharmacy impatiently say "No." three times, and hung up. Insanely awful.

The employees at Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical are incredibly well trained, very patient and understanding with the customers they serve. I witnessed the employees being very enthusiastic, compassionate, and understanding. I would recommend them if you needed a prosthetic supply… or even electric scooters after surgery. I switched to Welcare Pharmacy & Surgical from another home medical organization and was shocked at the difference they are just heads and tails above the other company. This one is absolutely the best medical equipment supplier in NY!

The team at Welcare was incredibly helpful as my brother-in-law transitioned from skilled nursing care into an assisted living facility (needed an electric hospital bed and wheelchair). Very responsive staff, and without a desire to push into a purchase by any means. Excellent equipment. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend these guys, they DO CARE!
