This is the best pharmacy ever. Always so nice and helpful. They charged me a fraction of the price Wallgreens tried to charge me for a Rx. I always get my vaccines here - quick painless and everyone is so nice and helpful. This place is truly a gem in this ever increasingly corporate world.

Like other reviewers, I feel so lucky to have Ballard as my neighborhood pharmacy. From the front to the back of the store, everyone who works there is knowledgeable, helpful and always lovely. They also seem to have everything you need beyond what you'd find in a regular drugstore. So, if you want to shop local, check here first!

What amazing pharmacy! I was trying to get something for my pregnant wife and they didn’t have it. They didn’t tell me an alternative that wasn’t as good or bit less safe. They told me to go to the next pharmacy and get it there and they will get In tomorrow. If I ever need anything I will come here first! I wish more places cared about people like this.

I could not be happier with the service at Ballard for managing our packages for over 4 years now. Previously, before we used Ballard, when we had our packages delivered to our physical living address, they were frequently stolen before we could take them in. Ballard provided an affordable and quality solution. But what really stood out was the bespoke experience which the lovely staff provided. An epitome of a local small community business. Not only does Andrés and the rest of the staff recognize and value their customers, but they go above an beyond with little things like helping my pregnant wife carry packages to the car parked one block away.
