My doctor sent my medication here to help speed up and assist with the prior authorization process and for most of the year they did an service was great. But 2-3 months ago they stopped and refused assisting ( with no explanation) and put me in a back and forth with my primary care doctor and left me without my medication for a month.even when my medication was approved and was available for pickup they still refused to provide me with my medication using the same prior authorization excuse. I had to switch pharmacies in order to finally pick up my medication which only took like 3 days.

Pharmacy lady nasty had the nerve to tell me to change pharmacies. I couldn’t believe she’s an older lady with such a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional. Just because I told her my blood pressure medication was for 90 days because I travel . She kept only giving me 30 day smh .

Google and their door sign says they open at 9AM. Almost 9:30AM and the store is still closed with bars down.

The worse pharmacy I have ever encountered. No accountability, professionalism or desire to self correct. Failed to call for insurance info then failed to communicate and deliver properly. Four days of wasted phone conversations and still no medication. Dose is now a week overdue and a new pharmacy needed to be found.
