Avoid the pharmacy at E86th St in Manhattan. They refuse to do Walk-ins even though there is a large sign saying 'Walk-ins Welcome. When I was refused, I pointed out the sign and was told that it was just something that 'Corporate' put up and they refused to do Walk-ins. I suggested that she cover the part of the sign that said Walk-Ins Welcome. The pharmacist walked away without responding. It appears that the pharmacist and her staff have contempt for their customers and believe that it is acceptable to deceive the people unfortunate enough to utilize their services

The CVS at 3:05 East 86th street is a great neighbourhood Store. Ian and the staff at the pharmacy are just dependence, kind, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and all the things you expect from a small Pharmacy I don’t even know how they do it, alas. They do. Iris and the staff and cosmetics are great and and so is the rest of the Store, a reflection of the manager it’s always been a well-run store. This in contrast to the store on first and 82nd. I actually walk a few extra blocks in order to go to the store on 86 street. One should be more neighbourhood the one on 82nd but it’s not, the one that’s above the subway extremely busy corner feels like a neighbourhood shop. It’s very interesting.

I had a good experience picking my medications at this CVS Pharmacy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and was helpful modeling the cost of a brand drug compared to a generic.

This CVS is the best one I’ve ever been to. The employees are SO NICE and they have beauty products that you would find in ULTA or Sephora. I always find fun beauty stuff there. To the one employee that complimented my jacket and helped me with self checkout - you were so sweet and made my day.

Best pharmacy in the neighborhood. Pharmacist's and staff go above and beyond to assist and when there are lines, they're quite manageable as it appears to be a very efficient operation.
