I stopped using this pharmacy because it feels like I’m constantly being told I did something wrong when I’m just trying to get my prescriptions. A simple question like trying to find out if I have a refill on my prescription or if I need my doctor to send a new one escalates into an argument on if I have called them back or not when they called me 5 months ago? On another occasion, I was given the wrong brand for a medication (the prescription names the brand as for this drug, the FDA does not ensure efficacy and ingredients be the same across various brands of the same drug). I pointed out the medication was the wrong brand and that I couldn’t take what was given to me. This AGAIN became a conversation about how I never called them back two days before, so I need to take the WRONG medication because they can’t resell what they gave me. The prescription clearly named the brand I was to be given and someone at the pharmacy crossed it off and wrote a different brand with a pen. The pharmacist I’ve had interactions with is rude, pushy and looking for a fight. I really don’t understand what his issue is and why he insists on initiating conflict and escalating it. But it’s whatevs, I’m never going back there. Mishkin is really chill and like 3 blocks away

It’s close, I don’t know why, I went at the time that they are supposed to be open but they were closed, don’t waste your time going there almost the entire block is closed all those stores are not open

The pharmacist has always been cold and condescending, but one day he went off on an angry rant at me about the proper way to sign your name when picking up medication. I never went back. While I was a customer there, they would consistently have to transfer some prescriptions to other pharmacies because they decline to carry drugs that all other pharmacies do carry.

I have never written a negative review - I try to write positive reviews especially for small businesses who I prefer to support, however my experience with Wyckoff Drugs was unbelievably rude and extremely disrespectful. I have dealt with other minor issues in the past, but my family and I will never use this pharmacy again. I tried to refill a prescription and had new insurance information that I needed to update them with (a process we went though earlier when my husband needed to update his insurance info). The male pharmacist (not the polite woman who first answered the phone), refused to take my updated insurance information or refill my prescription, demanded I send my husband instead (?!) and then proceeded to say "You are wasting my time. My time is far more valuable than yours" and then hung up. It's shocking.
