They don't start the process of filling rx's until u get there. Your MD can write specific instructions on the rx & they ignore them. They have told me my insurance was canceled when it wasn't. List goes on & on.

I was completely taken aback to discover two non-service dogs wandering inside the pharmacy, an environment where their presence is not only surprising but also highly improper. The staff's lack of action regarding this issue further deteriorates the professional setting, raising serious concerns for patrons.

Very nice! Am sick and need my ceterizine desperately. Explained to pharmacist and she was very helpful. The pharmacists and techs are also people short on workers. Others out ill. Need patience. Am grateful for their assistance.

Avoid coming this pharmacy for anything! Had a terrible experience at this pharmacy, waited for 2 hours to get my vaccination, and gave me the wrong proof of vaccination. The staff are very slow, inefficient and unprofessional. They were also very rude and unapologetic.

Pharmacy itself is having difficulty serving as a source of medications and advice as it should. A few weeks ago the POS systems for the pharmacy counter registers went down, for two or three days. Any prescriptions there could not be picked up. For medications that cannot be transferred to another pharmacy, you were out of luck, you had to get a new prescription sent to the other pharmacy. The store itself is okay. The staff is generally good and pleasant. Problems with the store include pricing information problems. They are consistently missing accurate price tags on the shelves, either entirely lacking, or being very difficult to find or read, or the visible price stickers are incorrect, having not been replaced during stocking or having the wrong sticker for whatever reason.
