Every time I come here the experience is wack at the CVS pharmacy. I don’t know the name of the chick who looks maybe from the Philippines but the rest of the small staff witness my struggle to communicate with her. The first time the white dude who works there stepped in and took over. He even reviewed the medication process. That was great but the interaction with her was lousy. 2nd time I was there I definitely felt some kind of way when she talking to me from across the counter asking me to recite personal information like my birthday as she typed into the computer. Just consistently wacky. This time post communication struggle the Indian woman with the glasses finally steps in eventually gives me the medicine 💊 with no instructions. This CVS is located inside a Target but check the design from the customer perspective. Why has no one replaced the ripped up carpet at the counter floor. And I see other folks had funky engagement while here. I’m guessing they don’t care. 🤷‍♀️ I won’t be back.

Same terrible experience here with the Philippine lady. Very very rude and makes you feel terrible in life. I gave her my respect but I don’t feel the same way she gave to me. And she would yelled at you like she is in her life crisis. The white guy here is weird too he would stare at you sneakily in an unfriendly way. Worst cvs ever.

I love this pharmacy so much!!!! They are always so kind and so nice to me. The patients infront of me took about 30 minutes to resolve some issues and were treating the staff so poorly. If you are kind to the staff they will treat you amazing!! I never have any issues with my meds but when I do they always take care of it. Very fast, very efficient, very sweet staff.

Truly a very difficult experience, I came by around 1:20 or so to pick up a prescription for something I needed and the two people who were working at the time said they would not fill it because they were closing shortly thereafter. They sent me to another pharmacy - City Chemist across the street who were very polite and filled the prescription in a few mins. They had the opportunity to help folks at this CVS but instead did not.

Idk who supervisor that pharmacy but it NEVER open on time. 10am and still not opened, and reading so many reviews about being always late and closing always early. What is happening in that brand new pharmacy that opened not even a year ago?
