I made an appointment online to get a vaccine a couple of weeks ago. Got a couple of text message reminders. The morning of the vaccine, I called to make sure that the pharmacy had the vaccine. The automated telephone system was annoying to deal with, but I left a voicemail message anyway, and the pharmacy called me back within 15 minutes to tell me that they had it in stock. When I arrived for my appointment, it was easy to check in. I had to wait a few minutes because someone was ahead of me. The tech who gave me the shot was professional and very friendly. She had also gotten me a chair so I could sit and wait while she was helping the person in front of me - very thoughtful. This CVS pharmacy was way calmer than other ones I've been to, and it's inside the Target, so it was convenient for me to get a couple of things on my way out. Definitely will come back.

one of the workers tried to scam me earlier, thank god i was with my friend. i cant remember his name but he was an indian male who looked fairly young. he tried to scam me of $20 when i was putting money on my card. this is extremely disappointing since I’ve been at this CVS for YEARS and this was never an issue. and then wanted to tell my friend to calm down… you tried SCAMMING me.. thank you to the manager who took over, she’s a real one.

CVS in general is pretty awful. This one didn't not have my medication and was impossible to get them to transfer it to another pharmacy. The rudeness and difficulty in communications for a simple request was insulting. Not only would I not use CVS again, I am making sure to change my pharmacy benefits to another company come renewal time. 20 minutes on hold now. I would rather go vegan.

Am dealing with an issue where CVS can not redeem coupon code for my insulin, I am a type one diabetic, and a pharmisist named Sharon gets frustrated and talks condescendingly towards me because I asked them to call the cvs help desk, which they outright refused. She did not let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. Very unprofessional.

Pharmacy was not open when I came to pick up my prescription. Target employee told me that the manager of the pharmacy gave no notice about when the pharmacy would be reopened. Then they refuse to reverse my prescription / let me pick up from any other CVS branches. Ridiculously inconsiderate.
