I personally have had impressive customer service here from this Pharmacy team in the general team as well. I think because it’s popular location a lot of people go there so there’s more of a wait time I think at times during rush-hour. I make a point to try not to go during rush hours, but sometimes that’s not avoidable.

I would really do anything you can to avoid going to this pharmacy. I’ve never had a good experience and I’ve been there easily 10+ times. The only reason I continue to give them a try is because I live right next door. They never have my prescriptions, despite calling me to tell me they are ready to pick up. They have repeatedly told me my doctor did not send in the script, despite me physically being in the room with the doctor and watching them submit. The staff literally could not care less. I’ve never encountered such poor terrible service. I’ve literally seen people reduced to tears after leaving the line. I would definitely recommend walking the extra block to go to the Walgreens on 2nd.

Really bad experience here today. I picked up my wife from surgery. Everything was called in ahead of time. Two hours with my wife waiting double parked with increasing pain. They are overworked and understaffed. They should close this pharmacy. I watched four people go through similar experiences. The staff behind the counter literally ignores you as you ask questions and wonder how “15minutes” can go on for two hours. I will walk through the snow with a knife in my back before I enter this establishment again. None of the listed pharmacists were there. The register person did not work even work in the pharmacy and made numerous mistakes. Go someplace else!! Go anyplace else!!

Horrible. I will be switching pharmacies. Very slow and rude. I tried to pick up a prescription this am, waited for 20 mins and didnt move. So I tried to have it delivered, was supposed to be same day yet its 8pm and nothing. So I have tried to call...on hold for 48 mins and counting. Service is non exisitent

If you are looking for incompetent staff and who cares about you attitude this is the place to go. With a vaccine appointment already made ahead of time and checking in with one of the most incompetent staff, she didn't even process our check in and after 40 min wait we are being told to wait after other people who came in later. Just because their super incompetent staff doesn't check us in we have to wait for others to be done first. If there was a rating for worst pharmacy they would win with flying colors.
