Staff are unhelpful, rude, and misinformed. They completely conflicted all the information previously communicated to me and then tried to blame the insurance. I left work early to pick up my prescription but they don't want to help you close to closing time; they even shut down the area 15 minutes before closing, while I was mid-speech. Incredibly disrespectful and disappointing.

Classically bad Duane Reade. No one to help you, rude pharmacist, everything takes so long. Worth it to walk 15 more minutes to the CVS, every Duane Reade is a disaster.

Terrible pharmacy - nasty, unhelpful and not accommodating. Pharmacists are rude and support staff are just as unpleasant. Had a second awful encounter. Hung up the phone on me. Avoid at all costs if you want any sort of help.
