Ordered a couple things online from this company. When I received my order though, one of the products was incorrect. Emailed them to coordinate a replacement and even offered to mail back The mistaken product, They sent me a return slip to mail back with they sent me, But then essentially went ghost and never sent the tracking for the replacement item until it had already arrived a week+ later after I had emailed them asking for it multiple times. I don’t live in the best neighborhood and like to know when my packages are being delivered so that they don’t get stolen off my porch So the tracking information was pertinent to me. I hate complaining about a small company, but I feel like the communication could be much better And had they been more thorough on their part in the first place And double checked that they were Sending out the correct products I would’ve never had this issue. Buy from this company with caution, They have a great selection of products, but the customer Service is incredibly poor and there is straight up a chance that they just won’t even send you the correct item. Thanks!

I came all the way from Queens just to go to this store. It's great. They have all the standard products you need, but also lots of high-end products. Lots of French brands you can't usually find in America. It's expensive but they're expensive brands. Coming in this store is always a treat.

Eisler Chemist had the specific candle I was looking for when other retailers were sold out. I ordered relatively late in the Xmas order window and everything arrived well packed and before Xmas. Highly Recommended

Eisler Chemists is a landmark and rightly so. I was a Pharmacy student at Columbia University during the early 1970s and learned my profession there. The Pharmacy was customer-focused and had a diverse variety of high end products you couldn’t find anywhere else. I surmise it is why they survived. I also loved the fact that you never knew what celebrity would come through the door…such unassuming folks. I practiced 40 years after getting my Doctorate, at Lenox Hill/Mt. Sinai and 30 at Johnson & Johnson as Director, Global Clinical Hematology & Oncology Cancer Research but never forgot how wonderful Eisler is.

Do not waste your time with this company. I ordered Visbiome and they sent it in a small package with a small icepack (See photo). The bottle Temp was almost 91 degrees! I emailed them about this and got a rather cocky response from Nathan which read, "The product is perfectly fine it can stay outside of the fridge up two weeks in room temperature as stated by the Manufacture website". The pure lack of knowledge from eisler chemist is a joke. The Visboime website says temperature spikes over 86 degrees degrades the bacteria. I emailed that to Nathan. He replied that he would send me a return label to return the product, and he would ship a new one to me. He never did. After a long delay I emailed NATHAN and asked where my product was. He replied he refunded me. Then I saw a refund in my email a few minutes later. You have to wonder if someone ordering that product is going to get the same damaged product that I returned. Stay away from this place. HORRIBLE customer service, lack of knowledge and clearly dishonest!
