During the work week, I buy breakfast and lunch items from Walgreens and they have a large selection of items and fresh fruit items but on some days these items can be sold out. Someone is always available to help me find other items and they are always helpful as well as friendly, even when the store is crowded.

Will not return items even with store receipt. Anthony the store manager had no resolution or can even explain why item can’t be returned which also has a very rude attitude. The only recommendation was try another store. Definitely no customer service skills. Will not be purchasing anything from Walgreens after this type of service.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy at this location. Kelly and her pharmacy team, especially Heta and Kash, routinely go above and beyond to make sure I can get my meds refilled when I need them. Especially with all the national shortages, it’s amazing to have such an empathetic and caring pharmacy team who do everything they can to support their patients when they need it most. Working in a retail setting, it can be easy to lose patience with customers, or simply not have the bandwidth to accommodate them. On multiple occasions, this team has really come through for me with grace, patience, and kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Beverage coolers in the back ( sodas, juices, water, Gatorade, etc) have not been working for ( and no exageration) 5 WEEKS! At one point each cooler had a sign posted saying it was not working, but now only 2 signs. They're still charging full peice for a beverage that is room temperature. The only working beverage coolers are in front of the registers but they aren't even half the size of the ones in back and can only hold limited SMALL bottles. Ever since Rite Aide closed, these guys have the monopoly on business and their selection on other items on the shelves are limited ( as compared to what Rite Aide use to have). I'm hoping a CVS opens inside the Oculus or Brookfield Place and give Walgreens some competition, and give the consumer a choice.

Review for the pharmacy — the pharmacists are so kind and helpful here. It’s the only Walgreens location where I don’t feel like a cog in a massive, broken machine! Friendly, professional, clean, no line. Thank you!
