Best pharmacy staff in the game! This location isn’t even convenient for me to get to anymore, but I still do it - because the people are friendly, cool and always helpful. Thank you pharmacy staff - and security, and retail - and yes, even management, lol. I appreciate you. - Dave

I seemed to have troubles getting the prescriptions from the doctor's office to this pharmacy. When I arrived, I let the pharmacy know that I am expecting 2 different medications. I was told I was too early. It took maybe 20 minutes to get the first med. I asked about the other and she said they dont have prescription for it. I wish she would have said something earlier, as she knew I was waiting for two prescriptions. There was also problem to use the GoodRX coupon, but the pharmacist fixed the issue. Doctor's office needed to resend the other prescription, so I called them. 40 minute wait, I was told. I waited on the premises. One and a half hour from my arrival, they started closing for lunch. When I asked about the prescription, they said, yes they have it, but I need to get back after lunch. So I waited 30 minutes more...

Honestly, the worst pharmacy I live across the street and I now refused to go there because every single time it is a hassle to get my prescription. I have never had an easy pick up. There’s always some type of issue. Trust all these reviews there’s a reason why

3rd time to pickup a simple prescription ordered 48 hours ago, and was told would absolutely, 100% be ready yesterday the 2nd time I visited, and now waiting 50 minutes already and still not ready. This place has completely fallen apart due to lack of staffing. They are submerged and incapable of fulfilling basics. Trust me and use a different pharmacy.

Avoid avoid avoid this place. I made an appt for my son to get the bivalent booster here as it is the only site on the UES offering to his age and appointments are required. Arrived at our appt time and the pharmacy dept is mysteriously closed. Returned one hour later and are told the vaccine needs to be defrosted but we can return anytime after an hour. Come back 90 minutes later to check in for the third time and I am told “ArE yOu aWarE We ArE aBoUt to gO on BrEAK?!?” No, I wasn’t aware you take a break at 1:45 when the pharmacy was dark not even three hours ago. We just walked out, I wasn’t about to let one of these buffoons inject my son. What a disgrace. Will never return.
