On of the staffs that works most of the times in the back of the store and or as a security? Not sure; but she is very tall and has very short hair. She was working today April 18 around 12: 30pm.That lady is very rude and is intimidating customers. So because of her I am giving only one start to St. Jesus Pharmacy. It is sad because there are nice and helpful people working in that Pharmacy: Robison, Dominguez, and Manuel at the register. In general, the pharmacy is not bad at all. But…

This pharmacy is consistently crowded and all of my experiences here have been poor! Beware of long lines and mistakes. Despite calling ahead for prescriptions they were not ready only for me to have to return on two separate occasions for them to get it together. A majority of employees are not competent about medications and insurance. There are about 20 people who work behind the counter yet nothing is being accomplished. I completely understand that the pharmacy services a Spanish speaking community; however, it’s a disservice to customers who a non Spanish speaking who have questions and concerns but are unable to receive clear answers. Something as simple as looking up a prescription requires me to write it out with pen and paper because some employees are not able to understand! It’s unsafe and ridiculous to run a medical institution this way.

Years ago they were great but the past few years pre-covid. They have gone downhill. I moved to a different pharmacy because they have a few times have said the order was ready then made me come back or wait over an hour when they said 20 minutes. I'm an Adult if you are slammed then tell me don't waste my time. I won't waste my time or send my business this way they have grown to much and are no longer what other call a family pharmacy more like a mill.

Unprofessional and rude lady that is intimidating customer. She working. I am referring to a lady that is working as security( I think). She has no maner to talk to people. No name but she is a big robust and tall. She is the worst.

Excellent friendly reliable service. Very impressed and we have lots of prescriptions with the pharmacy.
