They are a super nice family 👪 owned establishment and they have fantastic customer service and the pharmacist is extraordinarily intelligent, knowledgeable, insightful and professional. He takes customer service to the next level, always sympathetic and empathetic. You cannot happen across as wonderful he is. A diamond in the ruff. Have been going to them since they first opened up and never looked back! All of them are wonderful, truly kind people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have such a wonderful re pour with the staff at friendly. Our neighborhood pharmacist really shows care and concern for all customers that come through the door. If you have questions and concerns about medicines that are prescribed as well as over the counter medications; he takes the time to discuss and advise. He is great, the staff is great. Never do i hear anyone come in and be out of line, if they do when i'm there i always defend them. They are truly our neighbor. I would not change anything about them except providing them with more space to bring more merchandise to our community. 5 stars to Friendly Pharmacy of Mott Haven. My family loves them. Donna J

This is a neighborhood pharmacy in Bronx. They also offer delivery but I have not yet used that service yet. I am personally not a big fan of big chain pharmacies. The wait times can be long and the service impersonal. This is exactly the opposite. Friendly Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Their staff is knowledgable, personable, and friendly. The pharmacist showed genuine interest in me as a customer and offered a generic drug, when available to save me money. I am all about supporting small business owners, especially when they're genuinely good people. This is one that has earned my trust and loyalty and I am sure they will earns yours too. They also have a good variety of general supplies, candy, soda , cleaning supplies, hair products , toys , perfumes, cellphone accessories, greeting cards, and over the counter drugs. This is the best pharmacy on the block I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!!! The pharmacy that remembers your name
