Small but convenient for those that live close by

The doctors at the Pharmacy are unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. I am on lifetime medications for a heart condition that require continuous refills. I always contact my cardiologist and ask for refills when they are due. My cardiologist sends the refills order to Prospect Drugs pharmacy. More often than not, I go to the pharmacy to pick up my refills, only to be rudely informed that there are no refills. They claim that they did not receive any information from my cardiologist. The doctors at the pharmacy blame me, the patient, for this mistake, when it is clearly the pharmacy's responsibility. In the latest incident, when the refills were not there and I confronted the pharmacy's doctors with the mistake form their end, they asked me not to ever send my medications order again to this pharmacy as they are not willing to refill them! They simply did not like that usually I complain when I do not find my refills (which happens often)! Just for the record, these heart medications are essential and I face serious medical digression if I do not take them regularly. I only chose Prospect Drugs for the location's convenience. However, after the latest incident, I am taking my medication to another pharmacy and will never deal with Prospect Drugs. I cannot risk my own medical wellbeing on such irresponsible pharmacy's doctors! I forgot to mention that I always use the Prospect Drugs application to refill my medications. At no point did the application warn me that I am running out of refills, which would have helped me to pay attention in time that there was a potential issue with my refill order. In fact, the pharmacy's application showed me that my refill order went through! It would have been a courtesy of the pharmacy to warn me ahead of time that there is an issue with my refills. The fact that I had to wait until I visit the pharmacy and find out just one day before I am due for my medications that there were no refills had put my medical health at jeopardy!

during the pandemic this pharmacy gouged prices on masks and tests. don’t ever forget it. do not set foot in it

I am so upset to hear the passing of the cashier Rose. I have known her for over 20 years and I literally cried when I asked for her and was told. I thought she was on vacation and then I felt it was kind of long that I haven't seen her so I asked about her and was told that she transitioned. My condolences to her family. She told it like it was but was kind! May she R.I.P I'm going to miss those long RED NAILS!
