I am in Awwe with this Pharmacy and their "above and beyond" customer service. I had a visit with my Dermatologist Today and he told me he added this Pharmacy to his network and they would deliver my prescriptions so that I didn't have to go pick it up and wait until they had it ready, that for me was already excellent service from the pharmacy. Well, I received a call from them to confirm my address, awesome! No room for error. Since I didn't know it was "same day delivery" I gave them a call to inquire when was my delivery going to be home, I work tomorrow and Saturday and was worry nobody was going to be home when my delivery arrived 2 days, maybe 3 later... well not at all. Their awesome staff informed me it was same day delivery and they were already on the way so I was even more excited. I received my delivery like half an hour ago and I am way more in awe. None of the pharmacies I have visited have been so thoughtful, maybe others find it common, not me. I received my Rx with some very detailed pages of instructions of all my medicines printed by them and with that they added some FREEBIES: Tissue box, Dove Soap Bar, Reusable Mask, Happy Holidays Chocolate Bar, an utensil to open packages, I guess, a 2021 Calendar, and a Reusable bag (great quality) that will stay in my car for last minute groceries errands. I gave them a call as soon as I saw the freebies because no other pharmacy had done that to me before and thanked them and congratulated them. Their slogan really goes well with the service they provide: Healthy Heights, "Taking your health to another height". That is exactly how you attract customers, how you keep them and how you ensure your service is recommended to others. They really made my day!!! Wish them nothing but the best and from now on, will recommend them to EVERYONE!!! Hope their management keeps doing as great as they do Today.

This pharmacy is amazing, I will recommend it to anyone looking for a very friendly, caring and organized staff, along with multiple services. Everyone is very attentive coming in and leaving the store. They show you they care, and are always looking for a way to help you!!!! They always have great sales, and have a variety of different products. I have never been to a pharmacy like this. I have gone to pick up prescriptions and the manager always makes sure he saids hello and always thanks me for coming in. The pharmacist always makes sure all my questions are answered before I leave the pharmacy. Amazing pharmacy!!! Thank you healthy heights.

Despite this being a fairly new pharmacy , the stafF is very nice! My medicine is always done in a timely manner and I can call the pharmacists if I have any questions! Martha is very helpful and I like that they are bilingual! Definitely a great addition to the neighborhood!

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing every time I come in I get greeted and always get asked to be assisted. Love their customer service the girls are very attentive and the manager is very nice, always there and says hello. Thinking about changing pharmacy, and they do free delivery to the Bronx who doesn't like free!! Highly recommend this pharmacy.
