Went there last night 6pm (Wednesday) only to drop-off a package at their UPS store. The lady said they were closed at 6pm for holiday hours. But Google said they were open until 7pm and all the lights were still on inside. This older lady (blonde hair) was literally outside taping up the holiday hours when I walked up to her; this means she just decided at 6pm to put up these new hours. How is the customer supposed to know with no advance notice? I asked her please just scan this UPS drop off, it will only take two seconds. She said no because no one is working right now. There are no workers. I’m sorry but YOU work here, correct? So why can’t you do your job? How can there be no workers when I’m literally talking to someone who works there right at that moment? What a wonderful person to run into during the holidays - she could have made my night so much better by taking two seconds to scan something, but instead chose to act like she can’t help me at all. Happy Thanksgiving.

Hopkins Drug store has Always been Very Busy that you would have to be in the long line. But fortunately for me there was No line when I went for my COVID Vaccination routine. The pharmacy Right Now, is offering everyone to get the Flu vaccinations. The employees are cool & Very Helpful, especially the Pharmacist that Has Always been taking Good Care of me by given me the Covid Vaccine, the Booster shots, & my Shingles Vaccination. It's Really Wonderful & Very Convenient for me to get my Covid & my other vaccinations at Hopkins Drug store that's just in my neighborhood! 👍🏾😉💚🤍

Someone stole two packages from me worth $1900+ when I was shipping at the UPS store in this pharmacy and the manager refused to check the cameras that show the faces of the suspects. Do not go here. They do not deserve your money. RESPONSE TO OWNER’s REPLY: The UPS Store is in the pharmacy and the cameras are owned by the pharmacy. The UPS Store and pharmacy have the same manager so don’t give people the excuse of different operations. Likely the same OWNER TOO. Also the people that stole my packages are not customers and you can see on the cameras. They enter the store and leave immediately. Learn when to help people or lose your business

Based on previous reviews, Hopkins Drugs seems to have changed their covid test lab. The lab that I received my results from was ReliGenDx. Signing up for an appointment was pretty straight forward on the website they provided. You will need to upload a photo of proof of residence/drivers license as well as front and back of your insurance. I was able to do it all through my phone. I took the test with insurance. There were no additional fees or charges. I received my test results the next day (through email). There was a slight wait at the pharmacy to take the test but it was a very quick process. The nasal swab was very uncomfortable but bearable.

I bought my medicine last Saturday. Unfortunately I left my wallet inside the store. I tried to call the store at that time. But the store was closed already. And sunday is closed. I tried to leave a messages on their website chat. After a minute the manager replied on me. He said they' will check on it. Constant communication with them. Even at night time they gave time to reply with me. And now. They just called me to inform the my wallet is with them. I'm very thankful to all the staffs and manager. For helping me to give back my wallet. Again thank you and God bless you all.🙏🙏
