I’m giving one star because there are nice people there but the girl behind the glass giving out the medication is disrespectful as no one can imagine. The pharmacy works because of the patients and they should be treated with respect. This girl gave me 6 pills of a 30 day treatment because she didn’t understood the doctor’s order, fine anyone can make a mistake. I went again to the doctor and she told me that she gave a 30 days and a refill so I went back and for it. Then she game the next 24 pills of the treatment knowing that the next refill she was supposed to give me 30. She has the audacity to tell me now that I am picking up my refill that she gave 30 to me last time so she is giving 24 now. I wish the owner of the place can look back through the cameras and hear when she explained to me (with the same attitude she was giving me today) that she was giving me 24 because of the 6 I have already have receive that next time I will get my 30 days supply. You’ll need to give your staff a little more training in how to treat people. Is my insurance that is paying for that and even if is not, that’s my right to receive my complete medication and be treated with respect because. I had all hopes with this pharmacy at the beginning but wowwwww thank you for opening my eyes. May the lord bless you sweetheart and never puts you in a position where the one that need to be served by a person like you is YOU! (The picture is the proof, that was when I get home and took one… and something in my soul told me to take a picture of it.)

Worst pharmacy ever. I'm on my fifth call since 1/28 for meds that I was supposed to have 2 weeks ago. Paperwork never put in on 2/8, called 2/11. They were supposed to have the pharmacist do something so I'd only have to pay $50 since my insurance denied it.. Called AGAIN on 2/17 and they told me insurance denied it. I knew that already and told her so. I told her the pharmacist was supposed to call me back after he did whatever he had to do. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and miraculously they are putting it through except it won't come until Monday February 21st, almost 3 weeks after I should have had it. I'm contacting my doctor and telling them this pharmacy is terrible. Hopefully my medicine will be here Monday

These employees are too busy gossiping to get the medication correct. Even the owner gets involved in employees' personal problems. Crazy.
