I've been coming to this pharmacy for many years for my kids with no problems but the other day, while attending my other child's appt I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and pick up my child's medication. Everything went as usual until I got called to the window. Instead of being greeted I get scolded like a child. "You need to pick up your child's medication on time" this took me by surprise because I never got this treatment from the kind Indian woman who is usually behind the desk. I tell her what do she mean and she explains how my child's medication has been sitting there for a month which I KNEW was wrong. So I told her no that's not true but she proceeded to ask "oh yeah? So when was is filled?" Do I really need proof? Is your job to be the prescription detective? You don't know what I've been going through that I couldn't pick up the medicine in a timely manner because the day they were filled was around the computer outage so I couldn't get it in time. But I shouldn't have been talked down to like a child for that. Anyways I didn't remember the date it was filled in that moment but it was in early July so not last month. If she would have used her logical thinking and her eyes she would have read that the medicine was filled 2 weeks ago not a month ago. I'm sorry but that nasty attitude will be the reason I will change pharmacies. I'm taking my business where I will be respected and if she read this, I hope you learn how to talk to people because you're gonna get the wrong one one day.

Very kind and professional staff. I got a nebulizer for my son last year October 2019, I believe it was. It's not working now. The tube won't stay on the machine. Everytime I turn it on, the air push the tube out. I hope I can get a replacement today.

Besides the co pay.. they are very nice and I never have to wait to get my medication.
