I went in a few weeks ago to have an eye exam for DMV. I found them on the website that gives you a list of authorized drugstores. There was an older woman, and a younger woman working. The older woman gave me the eye exam which I passed and the younger woman was asked to fill out the paperwork. Of course she was preoccupied with a cell phone call at the same time she was filling out my paperwork. When I got home, I realized that she had put my first, middle and last name in the space for my last name. But before I left, she assured me that she had entered my name and eye exam into the DMV system. Today 6/6/2022 I went to renew my license. Just before I took DMV's eye exam, I told them that I already took one at an authorized drugstore. They looked for it, and guess what? It had not been entered. Someone who is too young to be responsible, should not be doing something like that. I paid $10.00 for that exam. Stay off the phone while you're working!!! You deserve zero stars!!!

This pharmacy commits malpractice and misconduct, for several reasons. First, they denied having received two prescriptions from the doctor, which was sent electronically. The prescriptions were sent in a Friday, and yet on Friday, the middle aged lady at the pharmacy denied having the prescription. Because I had 2 pills left, I waited until Monday to call the pharmacy again. I call Monday, but the same lady denies having the prescription. I call the doctor again, but they reassure that their digital records show that the prescriptions were sent electronically "successful" to the pharmacist on Friday. The doctors do not understand why the pharmacist is saying she hasn't received it, when they can see that it the prescription was sent from their side. Because of prior incidences, I observe malpractice and misconduct. Basically, the pharmacist was lying about my prescription in an effort to prevent me from accessing my prescriptions. This is misconduct and malpractice; although I'm unsure the motive, what I do know is this is also customer intimidation, although my concern would primarily be my health. These prescriptions were pain killers, and I work a physically laborious and exhaustive job; had I not received these medications, I would be in agonizing pain which might compromise my ability to work. This was an insidious evil caused conscionably by the middle aged woman at the pharmacy; however cordial or nice she may appear to be, there's a great evil, not least of all, legally speaking, malpractice and misconduct being committed by this lady. Beyond that, a few days after I picked up my prescription, I notice that I was given someone else's prescription. Below are Fotos, my name is not David Soto nor is that my address. The malpractice and misconduct continue to escalate. At this point, I'm filing a federal complaint and request for investigation, as medicines are important, life affecting, matters. Again, there is a strong ethical and moral dilemma occuring -- if anybody at the pharmacist cares -- that runs into serious legal and federal boundaries. Beyond this being an obvious case of malpractice and misconduct, I'd warn the middle aged lady is just and definitively evil.

This place has good prices on pharmaceutical products! Itโ€™s waaay better than Walgreens prices next to it! But they never open on time, period! ๐Ÿ˜’ They say 9am, but you donโ€™t see the store open until 10:30am sometimes 11am! ๐Ÿ˜– And the new interns need to be trained better for Customer Service! ๐Ÿ˜’ Aside from that! Itโ€™s good for buying Pharmaceuticals Drugs on a budget! ๐Ÿ‘Œ
