On Saturdays, the store closes at 630pm got there to pick up some medicine before 630pm, and it was already close. Girl came to the door i asked why the store is closed, and she said we about to leave.

We had an issue with one of the products due to a misunderstanding and the manager Gabby went above and beyond to help us sort out the situation. As a result, we were able to receive the correct product to resolve an uncomfortable medical condition. Thank you Gabby for being understanding, helpful, patient, and kind.

If you're looking for a local pharmacy that truly goes above and beyond for their customers, look no further than Roosevelt City Pharmacy. This incredible team of pharmacists and technicians is second to none - they are always welcoming, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything from vaccine information to medication tracking. One particularly notable experience I had with Roosevelt City Pharmacy was during an upcoming trip to London (as in same day leaving within hours). Unfortunately, the pharmacy was out of the medication I desperately needed. I panicked, thinking I might have to go without my medication until I could get home. However, the amazing pharmacist (owner to boot!) at Roosevelt City Pharmacy heard about my predicament and went to work immediately for me, calling other pharmacies to locate my medication and get it to me before my flight. That kind of dedication is rare these days, and it meant the world to me. Not only is Roosevelt City Pharmacy extremely reliable and thorough, but the team is also wonderfully kind and informative. They take the time to answer all of my questions, provide advice on how to best take my medication, and even help educate me on the different types of vaccines available. And let me tell you - this pharmacist is absolutely amazing at giving shots. If you’re shot-phobic ROOSEVELT PHARMACY IS A MUST! Since my first experience with Roosevelt City Pharmacy, I have not looked back and have converted all my prescriptions to them. I highly encourage anyone reading this review to consider taking a trip into Roosevelt City Pharmacy to see what a great team of professionals they are. It's rare to find such personalized and attentive care these days, and I can't recommend them enough! Just go see them for yourself - you won't be disappointed.

We wanted to get our Moderna booster shots ASAP . Our daughter had gone to this pharmacy earlier today and told us really good things about this place . She was correct . It was an amazing experience !. The place is clean and comfortable. I was so nervous that the injections would be painful . Sang assured me that It wouldn't be painful and he was totally correct . He did a great job! I also want to compliment Shaira and Gaby . They are so very kind and helpful ! I actually did not want to leave because of all of them . Came here again, to get our second Modern booster shot. We had another great experience here.. Dr. Lee Sang is so wonderful ! I hate getting injections and he calmed me down again and said it wouldn't hurt and he was correct again..The staff , that we saw and were in contact with this time, were Gabriela, Jessica and Rupa. They are definitely keepers ! They are friendly and efficient. The entire pharmacy itself is very clean and well organized. Will return.
