They are not open when they say they are. Go to CRJ down Fulton if you actually need your medication. I switched to this one because they carry a prescription i need that CRJ doesn’t, but that is not a necessary prescription. The one Thriftcare failed to fill for me today was, however. I planned my day around picking up this necessary medication and I have nothing to show for it except for my worsening symptoms because Thriftcare is not honest about their hours of operation. I came by in the morning before work, which I was late for because they told me to come by at a specific time, to pick up my prescription that, again, I NEED. When I can by, they told me they’d filled it incorrectly so they asked me to come by after 4. I asked when they close. They said 6 PM. So I told them I would be leaving work early to come by before closing. When I arrived at 5:58 PM the metal doors were already locked on the building. If it was a clothing store, i would not care. But it is a pharmacy and people need their prescriptions ON TIME. I was waiting outside with an older gentleman who also was unable to pick up his prescription due to the premature closing time. Now I am going to experience severe symptoms from going without medication I NEED because they do not do what they say they will.

The corporate pharmacy around the corner negged my insurance and luckily for me, I stumbled into this place next. They took my insurance and quickly filled the prescription. Their vibe was warm and efficient!

They told me my medication would be ready in an hour, but when I came back three hours later, they made me wait fifteen minutes just to tell me they had actually been out of stock for a while. So not only did they fail to give me my prescription, they made me waste my break to do it.
