It seems a staff never get any basic training, so disrespectable and rude, no smile to the customers. They don't know how to say greetings and smile? I said it first than she just blurted out words. I never go this place. A staff makes me I am doing wrong things.

Okay, I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt since August, but after dealing with them for this long, this Duane Reade location sucks. I don't mind that the employees hang around at the front near check out, but what made me most upset was the actual pharmacy, as that's the only reason I go to this location. For example, it has been over a week of me waiting for my prescription to be filled, and instead of walking to the location I decided to call them. After the lady had picked up, she asked "What do you want?", and I asked if I could know when my prescription would be ready. She then replied (with an annoyed tone) "Get the app and you can look on there. Just get the app, I don't understand why you would ask me-" and then I hung up and immediately changed my prescription to be filled at a different location.

I visited this store this past weekend and was not impressed! The cashiers weren’t very friendly at all(a tall African American male and short Caucasian female). If you don’t like dealing with people then maybe they should switch careers. I will not be patronizing this location in the future.

Worst employees and manager ever. Very rude really don’t care about anything but sitting her lazy butt down and not helping. Sad, please stay away from this location.
